Type AC Temporiti Electromagnetic Fail-Safe BrakeTemporiti srl Electromagnetic Spring Applied Fail Safe Brake Model AC POWERMECH offers AC operated electromagnetic spring applied failsafe brakes with Italian collaboration and design of Temporiti srl. These are normally ON type, ie, the brakes are always ON and applied. When an AC voltage is applied, the brake releases, thus allowing the shaft on which they mounted to rotate. In case of no voltage, the brake is applied immediately and the rotating shaft on which the brake mounted is held immediately. This also forms a safety mechanism in which the load is stopped from being moved in case of no power. There is no restriction on ‘On time duration’ and also on number of operations per minute.
General applications are in brake motors, cranes, hoists, material handling equipments, CNC Machines, packing, textiles, and in other machines & varied applications. Temporiti AC fail safe brakes can be used for both LT/CT drives as well as for hoisting applications.

EOT Crane Anti Collision Device
EOT Crane Anti Collision DeviceThe EOT Crane Anti collision sensor system is a safety device to avoid to collision of two electric overhead travelling cranes working on the same rails. For one pair of cranes one sets of anti-collision systems are required as shown in picture. Each set consists of an Emitter/sensor module and a Reflector.
Anti collision sensor device works on the principle of retro reflective infrared waves. It consists of an emitter and sensor module and special reflector. The emitter emits the infrared waves in the direction of the reflector. The reflector reflects these infrared waves back to the sensor. The sensor senses the presence of these reflected infrared waves and activities an alarm single and stops/ reduce the speed of the cranes. Thus if the two cranes are away from each other then the reflected waves will not reach the sensor and the cranes operate normally. The sensing distance is adjustable between 0-3 to 0-10 and 0-20mtr meters.
The anti collision system is specially designed for the crane application and is suitable for continuous duty....

Solid State Rectifier
Solid State RectifierEH Series Solid State Rectifier / Brake Rectifier / Power converter  EH-series brake rectifier is used to supply DC voltage to DC operated brakes on electric motors, where standard release reaction time of the brake is required. The primary application of rectifiers is to derive DC power from an AC supply. This rectifier having capacitor & spark suppressor to protect the diode bridge circuit. Spark suppressor protects the coil and contact against impermissibly high induced voltages during DC switching. In the absence of a suppressor circuit, the induced voltage may exceed the permissible values and cause coil failure.
Rectifiers are available with half wave and full wave rectification. Rectifier can produce normal excitation and over excitation. These rectifiers are compact in size & easy to mount in terminal box or in control panel. Rectifier available with over excitation is used specifically with large DC coils for crane/Hoist brake application. This rectifier mainly used for spring applied electromagnetic brake. Also used for DC electromagnetic brakes, clutches, clutch brake combination. A connection diagram will be furnished with each rectifier or upon request.
